Elsa - Orthodontic Assistant
Elsa is a graduate of Montachusett Regional Technical High School. She has been working with Dr. Rowe since 1996. She enjoys all the aspects of orthodontics and enjoys working with and being part of a wonderful team. She and her husband live in Leominster with their two children.
Heather - Orthodontic Assistant
Heather is graduate of the Dental Assisting program at Montachusett Regional Technical High School in Fitchburg. She has been working for Dr. Rowe since 2007. Heather is also a former patient of Dr. Rowe's. She's a southern girl who enjoys the outdoors and spending time with her husband.
Kathy - Treatment Coordinator
Kathy has been a part of Dr. Rowe's team since 2007. As treatment coordinator, Kathy enjoys introducing new patients to our practice and helping them feel welcome and comfortable. She likes educating patients and their parents about orthodontic treatment and being available to them to answer questions while guiding them through the process. She graduated from Fitchburg High School and attended Regis College in Weston, MA. In her free time Kathy likes to read, go to the movies and is a huge Red Sox fan.
Katie - Orthodontic Assistant
Katie graduated from Oakmont Regional High School. She completed the Dental Assisting course at the New England Dental Assisting School in Worcester, MA. She started working with Dr. Rowe the same year. She is a true Boston sports fan and likes reading, playing sports and listening to country music. This fall she will be attending Dental Hygiene School at Cape Cod Community College.
Krissy - Schedule Coordinator
Krissy is a graduate of Lunenburg High School. She has been employed by Dr.Rowe since 2004 and enjoys being part of his team. As scheduler, Krissy takes pride in her ability to coordinate appointments for the clinical team and Dr. with the patients and parents. Her favorite part of her job is meeting so many wonderful families and watching the kids grow over the years. Krissy also loves to create in-office contests and special event days, as well as decorating and creating fun themes for the kids. At home Krissy is a wife and mother of two and lives in Leominster. She enjoys yoga, reading and music
Lynn - Financial Coordinator
Lynn joined Dr. Rowe's staff in 2009. She is a graduate of Fitchburg High School. She loves being part of such a fun team. Lynn is here to help with any insurance or billing questions that you may have. Outside the office she enjoys reading and spending time outdoors.
Shannon - Orthodontic Assistant
Shannon has been working in Orthodontics for over 12 years. She grew up in Templeton and graduated from Narragansett Regional High School. On her days off she enjoys spending time with her family.
